Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect personal information. Files attached to an application are held in private storage and reachable only by authorised staff.
Protecting the forms from misuse
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated software. It is loaded only once you begin filling in a form, never during ordinary browsing. To do this, technical information about your browser and the address the enquiry came from is sent to Google, subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle and record the contact, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information held about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
